SHOP SHAPED RETURN POLICIES
If you’re unhappy with any SHOPSHAPED product please feel free to reach out. We have free returns or exchanges within 10 days of purchase. We have a store credit policy in place to protect the product and customer.

To initiate a return:
Please contact customer service, info@shopshaped.com with your name, order number, and concern. You will then be sent a prepaid shipping label, place unused, unwashed, clearly unworn, items you would like return in the packaging and drop them off at your local carrier. Once the items are received you will be issued a gift card with your balance through email for future use. If you would like to exchange for a different size etc, you can explain that in your concerns in the email and your new product(s) will be sent out to you instead of store credit, you will follow the prompts to return the other item(s) as above.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
Below are listed exceptions to this policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly labeled on those items.
- Returned items must have tags and liners still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use due to the nature of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
